Change of Plans...

Sunday I decided to make my next venture across the river and start out on River Road in Port Allen and head South. I drove down to the Huey P. Long Bridge in Port Allen but when I got there I changed my mind. First, I accidentally went across the bridge and had to turn around but in going across the bridge I got , what I felt, were some pretty neat shots. When I got back across I decided to take River Rd. Northwest and see where it would lead and I got all the way to Lettsworth, LA (I've never heard of it either) before heading back. Unfortunately I didn't find as much to work with as I did with my last adventure but I made due. Hope you all enjoy.

What you'll see here are just random shots of the bridge.

If you notice, I cropped each picture to have a core with multiple beams extending out the core of the picture. (If that makes any sense)

Obviously a perfect day to be out on the open road soaking up the sun.

The bridge is so desolate that I was actually able to come to a complete stop and snap these pictures.

I like these because you get to see the bridge in a way you don't usually look at it.

What I'm pretty sure was an old abandoned store.

The buried, buried.
